This project is a result of teamwork including two designers in cooperation with a hospital bed producer. Two concepts went through revisions phase for production.

I developed the sketches of headboard in Rhino-TSpline, prepared the concept for CNC Prototyping using Delcam draft angle analysis. Final product was made by blow molding production technique based on this prototype. I then designed side rails and created CAD files using solidworks.
